hey guys great forum, lots of good info. my biggest problem is my diet. my workouts and rest are great. i printed of the bodybuilder grocery list but i think it could help me if someone could post some sample diets for guys. how much and when u guys eat. im about 6'3 and 215 i'm 19 years old and i am in fairly good physical shape. but my major concern is my abdominal area. could someone please help me out with some sample diets to use as a guidline.
