I've been serious about lifting for about 5 years. I've gained a lot of muscle mass, however, there is a small layer of fat covering up the definition. I guess I want to get "cut". I started this diet yesterday (11/18/02), please let me know if it is too much/too little, and anything I could do to improve my diet. 6:00am-1 banana -16oz skim milk 7:00am-lift 8:15am-EAS Protein Shake -1 banana -1 pack of animal cuts 10:00am-2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites 12:00pm-1 chicken brest -1 cup steamed broccoli 2:00pm-1 pack of animal cuts 3:00pm-7oz pack of Tuna 6:00pm-7oz pack of Tuna 1 cup broccoli 8:30pm-EAS protein shake -3 Z-Mass pm caps
