Ok right now i really am not on a diet plan but i eat healthy. I am carb sensitive and i have a hard time with that. I am a 30 y/o female. I weight about 134 and i am 4'11. I am about 30% bf and want to cut down to 15. I am very athletic and muscular i just have to lean out. Any tips on the best way to go about this. I am getting married in Oct so i have about a month and a half before i have to get my dress altered. Please help me!!!
be fat and calorie conscience also. carbs aren't the only thing that can hurt you fat and calorie intake is also important and although diet is half if not more than half the battle...it is also important to do lots of cardio.
