Hi. I'm a 20 year old college student and I need some help. I'm 6'2" and I weight about 205lbs. I've played sports all of my life up until last year when my knees gave out on me and now I'm struggling. I'm trying to get back in shape and lose weight, but it's hard to eat right when you have to eat in a college cafeteria and it's hard to work off weight when you can't run because of your bum knees. We have pizza, hamburgers, and "homestyle" food (I feel bad for the people in that home) and those are never healthy. There is a salad bar, a pasta line, and a place to make sandwiches with turkey, ham, peanut butter, cheese, etc. Can anyone give me some ideas of what in a college cafeteria could be good for me to eat and help me get back in shape? Also, would bicycling be a good cardio workout since I can't run without my knees giving out? Any suggestion or experience would be greatly appreciated.:)

What up Josh I had the same problem bro and let me tell you it won't be easy, I won't lie to ya. Meat, Meat and more meat, live on that salad bar, and stay away from the pasta line. Before I say more what kind of shape are you looking for, weight loss, definition, muscle or what. Lata, the balla
