I have alot of trouble picking out a good diet, I feelfor myself I need someone to tell me what to eat at all three meals instead of how much protein, carbs and on and on. Could someone please help.
We would need to know your weight, your goal with your physique...a little more than what you've given us. you don't even have a profile...that says to me that you mgiht not even be around long enough to see if anyone answered, so why should I invest the time to create a menu for you...do some reading and show some self-motivation/dedication and you will probably get more help. No one can do it for you, you have to learn to eat right or it wont stick anyhow.
