I really need help figuring out what I should be eating and at what times I should be eating it. Im trying to lose weight but at the same time get more toned and cut. Im really going for a nice 6 pack. Everyone keeps saying its all about your diet, so I did the nutrition program here but cant understand it. I was wondering if someone could really help me out and email me or create me a diet/meal plan. Id really appreciate it and thanks for your help!

I'm looking for somethign similar too Spud. My biggets fear is eating too little and actually burning muscle when i work out. (Cardio 3x a week) I'm 20. 5"7 @ 206. Basically I am just looking for the calorie, fat, protein and carbo amounts.

Its pretty tough to gain muscle size and get a 6 pack at the same time. If you are satisfied with your muscle size as it is, then just start your high protein/low carb diet. Because you are a very rare case if you gain muscle size while getting a 6 pack showing also. You have to take in more calories to gain muscle, and doing this you will not be able to attain a 6 pack. Good luck...

I would say that you probably shouldn't be looking at losing weight as much as adding muscle. I'm 6'4" 220# and could lose a few pounds but not much (my goal is 210) I am pretty thin and working on muscle. Check you body fat% and use that as your guide over straight scale weight.
Good Luck!
