Read "diet thread" and "grocery list for healthy eating", that'll get you moving in the right direction. If you want a six pack. You need to combine diet and hard ab training with restance(weight). Crunches with a weight plate on your chest for example. Good luck and welcome to FT!!!

Hello all, my name is Jack and I am brand new to this seemingly very helpful site. I filled out my nutrition profile and it spit out my daily suggestions. 4300 total calorie intake, 263g P/ 600g C/ 120g F ratios. (i am also a little confused by those numbers as well) I am 22 and have never been on any type of diet. My main goal is muscle mass and I was wondering if anyone had a specific diet/meal plan or where I could get one for my new 12 week program. Any suggestions?

My suggestion looking at your stats would be to try to add some muscle, forget the 6 pack. At 5'6" and 136, you are pretty lean, and will get leaner trying to get that six pack.
A sixpack on a guy with no arms or chest looks kind of silly really. No slam intended here, just trying to make a point I hope you take as meant, constructive criticism.
It is funny, there was a time when a big chest, or big arms, etc. was the goal. The media has focused everyone on the 6 pack thing, they are selling volumes of crap for this....this is not viable for most folks.
