Kind of feel funny asking this but... on the food list for vegetables, under fats there are a lot of "tr". I am guessing that that means "tracer" as in less than 1 gram?
I'm creating meals to fit what I'm suppose to meet nutritionally and just want to make sure when I look food up that I don't count wrong. Or round up when it should not be. This is my first time ever doing a nutrition plan.
