Hi, I'm a newbie. I am 5'2" and 130 lbs. I am trying to lose 20 lbs. I'm in need of a diet plan, meal plan to help me lose this weight. If anyone has any ideas, it would be appreciated.
check out the grocery list and recipe thumbtacks.. they will give you a good guideline to make the meals you want, rather than something we would want. everyone's tastes are different, and the easiest thing to do is to develop a diet that works for you :) good luck and welcome
