I am looking for some kind of menu or cook book to plan out my meals everyday. I'm a 38yr od female never workedout, dieted here and there but I never really got into it. My wieght is evenly distributed I'm 5'5 and approx 138lbs and small framed my goal is to have a body like Demmie Moore before I'm 40. my troubled area is everywhere but mostly my belly. I want to loose all this extra fat by diet and excersize but I dont know how to eat right or what to eat...what would you recomend?
