i am currently looking for(and welcome all suggestions and ideas) a suitable diet plan to go along with my current excercise plan. I am male 5"10 and weigh about 180lbs.
my main aims are to lose some weight and tone up,i really dont have a clue as how to balance out my daily requirements. This is what i have been suggested by ft:
Protein 180g
carbs 450g
fats 34g
calories 2797
i am only going to be training at home at the moment (as i have not done any sort of excercise for a long time) and intend to ease myself into a more rigorous programme gradually & intend to include lots of cardio too.
I am interested in hearing from anyone who has any advice that can help me out
