I just recently changed to a new diet in order to build some mass, but am unsure how effective it is. Can someone look at it, and tell me what changes I could/should make to make it more effective?

Waking-
Xplode (Carb Supplement) 4 scoops (about 120g carbs)

Breakfast-
5 egg whites scrambled
2 wheat toast slices
Multivitamin

Brunch-
Myoplex Protien Shake

Lunch-
Subway 12" Club Sandwich
Powerade Drink
Oneway Protien Bar

Snack-
Myoplex Protien Shake
Oneway Protien Bar

Dinner-
Chicken Sandwich
Potato
Powerade Drink

After Dinner Snack-
Myoplex Protien Shake

It breaks down to about 4,400 calories, 620g carbs, 280g protien, 115g fat. It is definitely putting on some weight (so far 7 lbs. in a week) but I am not sure if it is the right ratio so that they can be good lbs. I also take a few other supplements (No-xplode before workout, Cellmass 2 times a day, and Nocturnal before bed). Can anyone help me tweak this so that it is good?

Thanks.

Fortunately I own my own business so I can afford it :)

I am 6'2" and looking to hit 220 soon, with a goal to get to about 240.
