Ok, just last week I had new personal best lifts and I was terribly excited (squat-655 and bench 410) but I think I added a bit too much padding to my chest and ab area. Now, I havent ever really had to diet before so I am just curious about which diets seem to work best for everyone ( yea I know no miracle cut and all but still lol). So esentially I need to get in a cutting phase. So, any help whatsoever about diet and some "cutting exercises" would be very helpful. (Generally, I train for mass period, so Im pretty clueless about this area)

Michael, as long as you eat clean to start with, you just need to start by reducing your calories (daily intake) by about 200-250. Try that for a week or two and see what happens.

If you don't do cardio, try adding cardio to your program, start with 15-20 minutes, 3 times a week 9alternate days from lifting, or after lifting.)

Good luck!
