hi everyone! I just saw a new product by Jamieson and wanted to know if anyone has heard about it? I was told that their diet rescue pill isn't a weight loss pill, but it works to stop your body from absorbing fat from foods you eat when you splurge or slip up on your diet. this sounds cool, but was wonderin if anyone else has heard about it and can tell me how it works. any advice would be so appreciated!

Doesn't make sense to be using that. Our bodies require nutrients that are found in good fats. Just don't consume as much fat and make sure the fat that you consume is from good sources. Hope this helps. Good Luck

Hey MammaJ! They're great! I've tried different things and Jamieson's Diet Rescue have been really good. I'm happy with my results and even though they are all natural, I don't recommend using them all the time. I still eat healthy and exercise, but for me, I use the pills when I want to spoil myself and have my favourite meal! The pills use natural ingredients to block the fat and carbs from being absorbed into your body. And because I only use them to help me when I slip I haven't noticed any side effects. It's true that our bodies need the good fats, but it's the times when I'm sure that the foods that I'm indulging in are not under the "good" fat category that I'll use diet rescue to help me out. Good luck!
