starting to get frustrated, so looking for some opinions..

here is my FT diet breakdown

200 g protein
520 g carb
75 g fat
35 85 kcal

i weigh about 160 lbs, work out about 4 days a week. its pretty much impossible for me to hit the 520 g carbs right now, so im aiming for about 2 g/lb bodyweight (320 g) for right now, and will slowly increase. my trouble is that i am coming up short on my meal schedules in terms of carbs, and am looking for some suggestions to increase them a bit.. heres my diet breakdown

---> if workout in am

pb and j sandwich
animal pak

**workout**

gatorade + creatine
protein shake + glutamine
1/2 cup chicken or can tuna
1 cup white rice or pasta
1 cup mixed veggies

tuna sandwich

1/2 cup chicken or tuna
1 cup brown rice
1 cup mixed veggies

1/2 cup cottage cheese + glutamine

---> if workout in pm

toast and 2 eggs

cup of oatmeal

cup of brown rice
1/2 cup chicken or can tuna
cup mixed veggies

pb and j sandwich
animal pak

**workout**

creatine + gatorade
protein shake + glutamine
1/2 cup chicken or can tuna
1 cup white rice or pasta
1 cup mixed veggies

1/2 cup cottage cheese + glutamine

i snack on fruit if feeling hungry during the day. ive experimented with pre workout meals, and feel the pb and j sandwich is something that keeps me going hard, and i would rather not give it up..

i come up anywhere up to 80 g of carbs short of the 320 g carb goal with this setup, and am looking for some suggestions to improve..

i think you can and you should had some whole food after you take your animal pak before your workout. if you had 2 cup of oats in a glass of milk, you have all the carbs you want. or have to two smallºtuna sandwish instead of one big (i am assuming you are bulking, arent you?)

you can always add a glass of milk to any of your meals: thats 15g of carbs.
