I printed the diet program for the 12 week abs. I am so lost when it comes to cutting by percentages. I don't ever keep track of how many calories or what percentage of carbs or protein I eat each day. If I don't know what I normally take in how do I know how much to cut out? Is there a more defined eating guide?

get a journal and track your intake then...be very detailed....down to the amount of ketchup you squirt on your hot dog...
