help me!!!!! i need a diet and exercise program that actually WORKS. im 5 6', female, and about 180 lbs. i have no muscle tone watsoever. i NEED to work from my mid-section down to my theighs the most. i want to become a better runner and the extra flab is weighing me down. i go to school from 7AM-3PM and sometimes from 7AM-6PM. keeping up a good dieting plan is hard because of tight class schedules and most of the time no free time inbetween. by the time i get home, i have homework to do that takes about an hour and a half. by then im tired and hungry. PLEEZ HELP!
1)get up early and jog/run.
2)go to a gym before doing school work(7pm)- finish by 8.30pm and after the gym your school work will be easy with an active mind and stimulated body. Make sure you get good carbs/protein before and after your workout, then do homework.
Get some decent meal replacement shakes and food bars for in-between classes. There are a lot of people carrying mini-coolers around with their meals for inbetween calsses. It is all about priorities. If you make up your mind to do it, you will find a way.
