i have a power lifter "phisique" lol and i can gain weight farly easlly but i have to watch my carbs..i ben trying carb cycleing where if my body weigh hits about 240 i diet for a week or low carbs.....i just cut wheat bread out of my diet.i eat 2 turky sandwiches a day one be4 i work out one after.....if i do this diet my body weight drops to 230 but after i hit that i go back on a carby diet and i gain back to about 235 -237.........i always herd it not good to drop more than 1 to 2 pound a week more is muscle.my protien intake is about 250 a day..........is all i'm losing glycogen in my muscles? or am i losing muscle???
