I was wondering What was wrong or Just if it was normal about my chest. Its like my sternum Sticks out further than my actual chest causing it to look different when wearin under armor to work out in. I was just wondering if I should be doing A work out to fix this or just live with it.
Well if it is your bones that are that way there are no exercises to change that. Has it always been like this or is it a new development? If it is new I would check with a Dr. and see what they had to say about it.
I think, and this is not a true diganoses, go to a doc for that. But it sounds like a condition called "pigeon chest" and while you can build up the pecs a bit, I think surgery is about the only way to totaly correct this.
