Hi everyone,

I'm going to Florida the week of July 19th and want to lose about 20lbs between now and then. Is there a healthy way to do this? I'm a 25 year old male who weighs about 205lbs. I'm in my first week of the toning/fat loss weight program (5 days a week) on this site, but have been lifting since early February. Also, just started a kickboxing class two times a week (Mon./Wed.). I rest on Saturday and Sunday, but I sometimes jog a mile or two if I'm bored. I've already lost about 25 lbs since I started working out in early February, but my weight loss has plateaued. I have a feeling it has something to do with my diet. Can someone advise me on this? Here is what my meals look like right now.

Breakfast:
A bowl of special K, two scrambled eggs, and a protein shake with flax seed oil mixed in. (I work out first thing in the morning so this is my after-workout meal)

Lunch: (Probably my most unhealthy meal of the day)
Usually a combination of Sausage, brisket, dirty rice, and some vegetable side dish I get at the local deli with a spoonful of flax seed oil.

After Fitness Class (Mon./Wed.)
Protein shake mixed with flax seed oil

Dinner:
Normally a Lean Cuisine and flax seed oil.

Should I pay more attention to my diet and change it up?
