hey there! I started working out fairly regularly at the begining of january. I hear that it takes about 3 months to notice any improvement. What I was wondering is...i'm right handed. Does that have any effect on the fact that my right bicep is larger than my left one? Is this usually normal? What would i do to fix it?
I would hope that you will see some changes before three months! Most people do! I know there are many posts on the unbalanced bicep subject, I would try the search on this one. There were lots of good suggestions too.
