post more info on diet because that is the key....list calories with carb fat and protien percentages or gram breakdown...you could exercise to no end but if eating tooo little or not right it will hold onto fat
saamia--for starters, how long have you been doing this? Are you just starting or have you been doing this for months? I know when I first got serious it took at least 5 weeks before I started seeing results. We need a lot more info to go on. For example, if you don't have a lot to lose, it will be harder. Also, two or three hours each day? Sounds like overkill. And Jason is right, diet is key.
