Can any one explain the use of DIPS? for chest when you basically hang ur self on 2 bars and lean forward and pick ur self up? what part of the chest is it working on?
I used use machines for dips and dont need the macine nomore cuzi can pick my self up? so does that mean im getting more strenghful ? please expalin thanks in advance
dips primarily hit tris and chest. if you lean forward, you will target chest more (lower pec) and if you keep yourself more straight you will hit your tris more.
