My program calls for 20, 14, 12, and 10 dips. I knocked out 4-20's. Is it ok to do more and would it be ok to go to 25?? I'm a little sore (not bad) from Sat. but can tell it will work to gain the muscle!! Any advice?

Stick a 25lb dumbbell between your knees. You won't make it to 20 reps. ;) I love doing weighted dips!

It will also build your lower chest. Be sure to keep your eyes straight ahead and keep good form when you use the weight. Good luck!

Man, and here I thought someone would be asking about my cream cheese dip! It's made with the 4 main food groups! (sorry, no legumes)
