dips behind the back

Im on my third week of ft (its great!) and when i do my dips behind the back (triceps) I just put the reps... but there is a space for weight... what do i put in for that since u dont use weights for that excercise? same thing is for abs...

It's possible to use weight on the tricep dip. I put a weighted bar across my lap when doing mine. Just be careful of your form when doing these, especially with weight. Keep your back close to the bench as you go down and up. If your feet are too far in front, you will shift the emphasis more to the shoulders and you will also run the risk of injuring your rotator cuffs. Not a good thing. You can also use weight for abs, depending on the move, by holding a weight behind the head or laying it across the chest. If you're uncertain, perfect your form first then add the weight.

I don't use weights, you can just input a zero.

You leave it blank unless you use weight. I do the same thing, but i think since I have to do about 40 reps of dips behind the back I am going to begin to use weight.
