I wanted to post a note here. It seesm to me a lot of people, mostly younger folks are posting here a lot about pills, prohormones, powders etc. I want all of you to take a step back and look at what you are asking. I am not meaning this in a bad way, but really if you have less then 10 years training and are under 24yrs old there is no reason to really mess with mother nature. For most young guys and gals, eating right and lifting hard will give you massive gains. Yeah some things and add a few lbs to you but have you really looked into what you are taking? I am 32 almost 33 yrs old. Just by eating a lot of protein and lifting had I am adding about 5-10lbs of muscle a year still. I am not saying to not do what you want to so, but at 19 or 20 you have enough natural hormones in you to make huge gains try that for a few years before you really look for "help" most of that stuff will not work and is just a huge rip off...I need the money so if you have a few hundred dollars to throw away send it to me...I got a baby and 11 pets to feed as well as me to feed, LOL just kidding...Please do a lot of research. BB1fit and others here can attest most products out there are crap!

I wanted to add to mutts post. I have been trying with high intensity for about 9 months now, and I have gained a little over 40 pounds, and the only supplements I take are protein, creatine, and a multi-vitamin. I just turned 21, and I am up to 225lbs right now, and stronger than most of the guys in the gym that i work out in. It's all about intensity. If you arent willing to put in the work, then you should reconsider why you are even working out in the first place, and check your priorities. Sorry to go off, but I feel with hard work, anything can be achieved, WITHOUT miracle pills, prohormones, and crazy powders.
-------------- Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.

Sounds like women and diet fads. None of them work, so why waste your money. Work hard at exercising regularly and eating right! Ta-da!

I can definatly attest to Mutt's post, I found that taking alot of these prohormones, and other miracle drugs that they all produce the same results very expensive urine. I think most of the results from these things are mental. I should know I've tried many a prohormones since they first came out until even recently, and I never phenomenally grew, I did see the weight increase quickly, and I think for the longest time I was to scared to quit, because I thought I would lose the gains, well since I've quit the prohormones, I'm still seeing progress, I'm still moving the same weight. So the only things I spend my money on now is a little extra protein, amino's, and multivitamin, nuff said.
