Hi everyone. I have only joined this site tonight and have been looking around and I love it. I know that it will help me alot. I have been training now around a year and have lost around 30lb. My whole body started to change even more when I started to lift weights. For the last six months I have been training in mixed martial arts and love it. I have only turned 21 and I workout at least 4 times a week and considered myself to be fit and healthy. That was until 4 weeks ago when while I was warming up before my MMA class I dislocated my left knee while doing a squat thrust. I have been in plaster since and get it off this week. I have yet to find out if I have torn my ACL. All I know is the doctor said I need 6 months to a year of physiotherapy. If anyone can help me out with exercises or anything else that can help me to stregthen my knee and get me back on track I would greatly appreciate it. THANKS:)
