Hello everyone! I wondered if any of you ever get an itch in your muscles when you exercise. It is on the inside, so you can't relieve it by scratching on your skin. I've had this for some time now and just wanted to see if any of you women can relate. thanks for any replies you may have pertaining to this!

Wow. I thought that it was just me. I notice this whenever I start doing any kind of cardio after an extended lapse (thinks weeks). Scratching only makes it worse. I've just had to work through it. It usually goes away towards the end of my workout and disappears altogether after a couple of consecutive days. I am not quite sure why this occurs. I don't know if it's from my skin rubbing against my clothes or irritation from the fat around my muscles moving as I work out.
