I have hear that they really do help and are worth taking. I'm really over weight and have started to do something about it. Have dropped 4kg in about 10days through working out and have heard BCAA will help me speed up the fat burning. Are they worth taking?
Not at the point where you are. Unfortuantely, you will see no real benefit from them for what you desire. BCAA's shine when you are very low in bodyfat, and need help in losing that last bit of fat that your body fights to hold on to before contest time. They will help spare lean tissue and steer the body to useage of fatty acids.:)
