Ive benn going for about 5 months, and I see my bicepts getting 'taller' but not 'wider'.
Do then widen slowly?
Are there different excecises to make them widen?
Or are you screwed if you have narrow bone structure?
Ill reallly appreaciate any answers, getting wider and looking not fragile was the reason I started lifting.

there are some exercises u can do to focus on inner and outer thickness
outer
- curls done inward twds center of body, like cose grip bar curls or close grip preacher curls
- concentration curls to the chest
inner
- hammer curls
- standing bar curls
- wide grip preacher curls
- seated/standing dumbell curls
- incline dumbell curls
- standing alternate dumbell curls with arms kept wide, angling away from the body. if u curl out and downward and turn wrists slightly outward, dropping thumbs slightly, you'll feel it work the inner bicep more

Arm thickness i would think would coem from the tris....since it is on outside of arm...and is also 60% of arm........and has 3( tri) heads........the bicep I dont' think can be made.....wider/thicker....if so very minimally
