just wondering, you know all those protein to carb to fat ratios (40:40:20 etc i dont know the exact ones) for bodybuilding etc, and the percentage of eveththing u should eat, do i need to worry about calculating all that, or am i just fine eating plenty of protein, complex carbs and a little fat? cuz i find it all confusing and hard to work out exact protein/carb/fat percentage in my food.
fill out yourt nutritional profile on this site.. its much easier to follow. or better yet, get at least 1- 1.5 gram protein per lb bodyweight, stick to lowfat foods or those with healthy fats, and adjust your carb intake by trial and error (see what works for you)
