hey everyone,i was just wondering about dietary supplements,you know,the one's that make you 'lose fat', and the one's that make you 'gain muscle'.Do they even work?I had a great discussion with one of my elders and he says that they're hopeless,worthless and do nothing.So please,if any of you have learnt from experience or anything,can you please tell me if they work or not,thanks
