hey everyone,i was just wondering about dietary supplements,you know,the one's that make you 'lose fat', and the one's that make you 'gain muscle'.Do they even work?I had a great discussion with one of my elders and he says that they're hopeless,worthless and do nothing.So please,if any of you have learnt from experience or anything,can you please tell me if they work or not,thanks

hi,

that's a very good question. a lot of people are ask the same thing. From my experience supplements are beneficial if you know the fundamentals of working out and nutrition. That means that if you are in a good exercise program and have a rough idea of how to eat supplements can help a lot to accelerate results or improve performance. If you are expecting to have the supplement show "miracle" results then more often then not you will be dissapointed. I strongly though believe in their benefit and if used properly can greatly improve your exercise performance and results.
