I have never really used a supplement. I would like to know if they really work for weight loss and which ones are the most effective?
( with a healthy diet and exercise, ofcourse:) )

Changing to a proper diet and lifestyle is much more effective than weight loss supplements and more permanent. :big_smile:

Oh, and weight training will certainly benefit your metabolism :dumbbell:.
