Ok - so I haven't posted in awhile but I put a couple of topics on and for some reason they never posted. Maybe...I've been banned? But seriously, they keep coming out with new weight loss supplements and I wondered if any of the new ones work. IE...Trim Spa?

proper diet structure works, pills don't.
they can motivate you, they can assist you to control
appetite or assist with fibre intake or assist fat burn.
But they wont do it for you.

I haven't stuck to it but if you can , do a morning run every day, even 15 minutes, build up to getting 2 miles in and you might like me lose 12 pounds over 12 weeks and stay that way aslong as you keep running along with your usual routine and a good life changing food intake(do not diet).
I stopped running and put my final 12pounds back on.

I know it's the difference in exercise and I can't see me eating that much less to achieve it so I will mix the two one day and get that permanent loss. It is possible- try the extra running and keep to the same controlled diet and exercise you was doing.
