GOING TO CANCUAN IN LATE FEBRUARY - BEEN WORKING OUT BUT NOW NEED TO BURN SOME HOLIDAY......FAT! NOT SURE IF ANY WEBSITE OFFERS MEAL PLANNING TOO BUT ANY HELP WILL BE GREAT
well 3500 cals in a pound =35000 total cals imput your total cal deficit each day say 500 a day in 70 days youd have worked it off. just plug in the numbers but late feb uary you would have to burn more like 600 extra a day. if the numbers = the pounds but those figures arent 100% accurate i dont know any websites but thats how id do it.
