Hi Guys & Gal's,
Just a quick Question for all of you who have reached your ideal body shape and weight. I know that in the beginning we all have to work extra hard to get where we want to be, but when you get there..........does it get easier to maintain, or do you still have to work as hard or even harder to keep it?
All the best

I always work as hard as I can. No such thing as lightening up for me.

I think once u reach it its just a matter of lifting weights to keep the muscle, which I would imagine is ultimately easier than building. I havent been there so dunno. By the time you reach your ideal body you'd be so use to it anyways its just something you like to do rather than a hassle.
