I am 17 years old and my metabolism is through the roof. I hate eating junk food. All I drink is water and some juice from time to time. Should I try to as careful with what I eat as everyone else? Oh yeah, I also love chicken.
You have an advantage over me.I cannot afford 2 have junk food and aerated drinks.You should take more amount of calories and if u r doing weight training then only stick 2 it.Avoid any sort of cardio exercises.
