Welcome aboard. If you are committed to making a lifestyle change yes this works but it has to be a combination of exercise and diet to see results. I started my ft program the last week of May and I am down 7.5 pounds.
It is considered unhealthy to try and lose more than 1 to 2 pounds a week, that is the goal anyone trying to lose weight should aim for. It is attainable short term goal that gives a good feeling when reached.
