I've been able to tone up quite a bit, but how long does it take to loose the fat in the stomach. I know body fat is like snow/ice. It doesn't just go away in sections. What can I do?
u need to combine diet and cardio as well as ab exercises to melt the fat off... as far as nutrition goes stay away from fried foods, butter, margarine, high fat diary products, and most fast foods which are pretty greasy.
go for 3 or 4 cardio sessions a week and vary it as much as possible
train your abs according to FT..if you find it effective enough
