Hi i am new here! Just wondering if these programs actually work. I've tried losing weight a couple other times and it didn't work so i really hope this does! I just need some confidence in that it really works!

Welome to FT! It may take more than just excercise to lose unwanted extra pounds. Diet is a big factor also. I can assure you, the excercise routines offered here are excellent at building all muscle groups. It is important to develop all your muscles to prevent injury. If you are not seeing results, it is probably diet. And, by "diet" I do not mean for you to be starving yourself. It is important to eat reguarly (every three hours). By that, I'm suggesting that you pack yourself some wholesome snacks and try to stop and eat a little every three hours during the day. I like to make up little snack packs of 1/4 cup of instant oatmeal with about 10 almonds and a small handfull of dried cranberries or cherries. It is easy for me to add hot water from the office coffee maker and have a quick snack. A protein bar is another quick snack. To lose the pounds you need to keep your metabolism up. Excercise will increase your metobolism, but to keep it running you need frequent input of wholesome "fuel."
