Look I have tried everything, and would like to knwo the true behind this site. Ineed something that will work and keep me going. I start off really good but when I do not see any results I get alittle discouraged and then I want to quite. Those are the times that I really need encouragement.

Welcome to FT. This is truly a great site, but YOU have to make it work. You will find everything you need here, but unless you put in the time and effort you will not see results. You need to stick with it and understand that it is a lifestyle not a quick fix. Good Luck.
