I am new to this website and trying to gain some muscle mass. I know about Creatine and protein supplements, my cousin tries the MuscleTech brand and it does have hype, and all but i was wondering does that stuff really work? ,I mean it costs quite a large sum of money also
-------------- If it is not a perfect lift it does not count!
Very overpriced. It does work, but it also has 75 gr. of sugar per serving. You can do much better price wise.

Muscletech supplements are very overpriced and I would generally stay away from them....substituting for them more generic cheaper versions....if you got a Costco membership and live in US you can get 'Pro-Rated' whey protein for under 20$ and 90 servings...of 20g....and it's the closest thing I tried to NitroTech that tastes good(doesn't have a horrible taste or aftertaste)...and it's stripped of almost all carbs....you can also find it online...
