I have used other calculators on the web some basic body weight x 15,16,or 17 depending on activiy level some estimate in body fat %. They all vary but I thought that for me 4100 seems high any opinons? I am 27 male 270 lbs.I got measure and the guy said 39% body fat moderate activity level do workout weights, boxing, running work is pretty active at times. I thought I would need from 3000 to 3500 to maximize fat loss. Also it says max 4100 does that mean dont exceed but shoot for below that? The other question I thought the best macro breakdown for fat loss was 40/40/20 and my carbs seem high it says 270 p 670 c 51 f. Just wondering sorry if I repeated a question asked alot. What do you think?
