im 19, 5"8, and have just recently put on 23 lbs.
currently i weigh 155, and due to stress, lack of exercise, working at a fast food place, and recovering from an eating disorder, im desperate to try ANYTHING.
i just want to lose the twenty some odd pounds ive gained and go back to the good ol' days... healthy this time, so i never have to go through this experience again.
