My teacher was telling me how he lost all his weight by drinking only water and eating only chicken and fish. Of course he'd exercise too but does that reall work?
yes chicken and fish are exallant foods to eat. you dont have to eat just those two have some steak,buffalo and so on. check out the grocry list for heathy eating on the top.you also need carbs. carbs are fuel for your body. dont just eat anything eat carbs like whole wheat toast,potatoes ect..yes drink plenty of water a gallon a day.
