I use very few supplements, and even then they have to be tried and true (no fad supps). One of the supplements I recommend to everyone and take myself is a good multivitamin/mineral. Now there's a new report that says they don't do anything significant. Here's a link to the article:

I don't know about anyone else here, but I FEEL a difference when I have my multi (I take Animal Pak from Universal). After reading this article, I'm not going to stop taking vitamins, but it's interesting information.

Question on the subject but no quite - Are all multivitamins basically the same? If not, what should i look for in one?

I~m taking regular multi-vit, one a day or something like that, and to be honest I don`t feel any different if I don`t take them for a week. I am very suspicious of all supplements.
Never tried Animal Pak so I can`t really tell
Nonetheless, good read.
