Don't believe Anna Nichole Smith...she had a lot of surgery for that commercial.

	2005/06/09, 08:11 PM It will help if you change everything else in your life....nutrition, start doing cardio, start weight lifting, get proper amount of sleep a night, etc....I got Hoodia for my mom....but what good will it do if she eats junk 24-7 and gets 0 exercise....so there's no magic pill.....Anna Nicole Smith, changed everything else to get those results and worked out with her own personal trainer for probably a year to get in that shape...and potentially had surgery to remove loose skin(which I suspect she had because it seemed like she lost a lot of weight drastically) the supplement relies on Hoodia Gordonii to supress appetite...however it's ineffective at the dosage given on the bottle per tablet.....if you decide you want to try it, you may want to order it generic...in higher amount of 500+mg....www.google.com is your best friend in this search...if ordering make sure it's from a reputable/established place of business...

I have not tried trimspa myself, but I have been taking Stacker 3 for about 3 years now. I started taking them when I wanted to lose weight, and it really did help me. I lost about 60 pounds in 4 or 5 months. Now I basically use them to make my work night go by faster :) I work graveyard shift, so any help is a help y'know.
