I get crazy DOMS in my legs after my routine each week but don't experience them anywhere else. Does this mean I am not pushing myself enough in my upper body routine?
Out of four sets I usually reach failure in the last two but still no soreness. Without the soreness I am left doubting whether or not my routine is having any signifigant impact.
Any thoughts?

DOMS is not an indicator of a good or bad workout the more you progress in exercising the less you will experience it.

Are you getting stronger? Do you regularly increase your weight/rep or do you keep lifting the same amount week after week? This is a good indicator whether you're having quality workouts or not.

I'm just getting ready to enter week four so not a huge amount of weight added. Since I only have access to a home machine the next heaviest weight is 20 pounds heavier.
What I have done is go 1 plate heavier for the first set and then drop back to the previous weeks' weight. This typically leads to being able to barely complete the last rep in each set.
I haven't noticed any difference in my bodys' appearance yet but I did notice I went from being able to do 1 pullup to 5. Maybe not a big deal for some people but I am pretty stoked about it.
