Ok hey everyone im in a delemia....i work 730-330 i eat at 600am,9am,12pm,400pm and after my workout 7pm...the thing is im trying to lose my love handles and a little weight,i get home im so tired..im a mechanic i never get to sit down, im always sweating and stuff,by the time i get home im tired as hell...i have to access to a gym so i have a cardio bike at home and free weights and a bench....should i do cardio on my bike at like 6 pm even though in eat dinner at 4 and what are some healthy foods to eat at night i keep have late binges..!!

Hi Mikey, the best thing to do is forget doing cardio at night except for maybe 5 min. before your workout to warmup. Also it would be highly benifitial for you to use your active job to your advantage try moving your luch closer to 12:30 & consuming about 2 calories per lb of bodyweight at each meal. Also if you increase your calories on your days off & consume the lower amount on work days you can keep your body from getting used to the diet & it will help keep the progress steady. In regards to late night snacking just avoid taking in more than 1.5 calories per lb of bodyweight & avoid surgars & saturated fats. I hope this can be of some help to you.
