I want to have a thinner and healthier body, but I don't want to have a ton of muscle, what should I do? :)

Not worry about it. As a woman you will not build that much muscle to worry about.

Yeah, mutt is right. Women have a tendency to worry about building huge muscles if they lift weights. Trust me, it is very hard. As men, we strive for this and can hardly do it. It takes testosterone to build muscle mass, and as women though you have some(we all have both hormones), you generally do not have enough to do so. The women bodybuilders you see are taking eternal test to do this. Weight lifting will indeed sculpt your body and allow you to get that lean hard look, unlike just cardio which can make you look like a smaller version of what you now are only.
